A car collision on a walkway simply outdoors the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee early Saturday has left one employee lifeless, one critically injured, and one other much less severely injured.

Both the unnamed driver of the automotive and the three unnamed pedestrians struck are staff of the plant. Police had been referred to as simply after 5:30 a.m. to reply to the scene, the place they discovered one deceased sufferer and the opposite two staff injured.

A employee on the plant who went unnamed mentioned that latest hiring surges have made issues crowded.

“People walk through there thinking they have the [right of way] all the time. We’ve had situations happen before. As far as this bad, we haven’t seen anything like this. They hired 2,000 people last year and already 500 this year,” the worker instructed WDEF-TV, a Chattanooga CBS affiliate.
