Scottish Tory chief Douglas Ross criticises SNP ‘secrecy, spin and cover-ups’

During the talk, Scottish Labour’s Jackie Baillie mentioned the “culture of secrecy, spin and cover-up at the heart of the SNP” had been “laid bare”.
