France offers in return to rotation; Tucker continues second-half tear

HOUSTON — Rookie right-hander J.P. France pitched seven innings and allowed two runs, and Kyle Tucker cranked a three-run homer within the fourth inning to ship the Astros to their fifth win of their previous six video games, 11-3, over the Angels on Saturday evening at Minute Maid Park.

France, making his first begin since July 31 as a result of he was briefly moved to the bullpen, has pitched seven innings in 5 of his final seven begins, together with 4 in a row.
