Two youngsters have been arrested and charged with homicide after a taking pictures at a sixteenth party in Alabama left 4 useless and 32 wounded.

The suspects, Ty Reik McCullough, 17, and Travis McCullough,16, have been charged with 4 counts of reckless homicide, a state police spokesperson mentioned.

Those killed on the celebration final Saturday within the metropolis of Dadeville included an up-and-coming American soccer star, Philstavious “Phil” Dowdell.
