It added: “We welcomed Mr Olatunji’s assurances that the post had been amended to include #ad.

“However, on the time the advert was initially seen, the business intent behind the submit was not made clear upfront and the advert was not clearly identifiable as such.

“We therefore concluded that it breached the Code.”

The ASA additionally suggested each JD Sports and KSI to ensure their future adverts have been “obviously identifiable”.

“We told JD Sports and KSI to ensure that in future their ads were obviously identifiable as marketing communications and made their commercial intent clear upfront, for example, by including a clear and prominent identifier such as #ad,” it added.

The 29-year-old is also called a boxer, rapper and the founding father of Prime vitality drinks.
