Members of scandal hit-CBI start confidence vote on foyer group’s future

CBI members are to start voting at this time on the way forward for the enterprise foyer group, following a collection of scandals.

But some members decided the damage was already done, and suspended or ended their membership. Among those companies to quit were the Association of British Insurers, BMW Group, Aviva, and the British Beer & Pub Association.

It was all sparked by allegations made by no less than a dozen feminine CBI staff in opposition to a few of their male colleagues, which included claims of rape, stalking and harassment.
