Ukraine: Three useless after Russia shells boats taking aged residents to security amid flooding

Three individuals have been killed and 10 injured after Russian forces shelled three small boats taking aged residents to security after the harmful flooding in southern Ukraine.

“Almost all of them were elderly and people with limited mobility. Russian soldiers fired at these people in the back.”
