White Florida girl charged with manslaughter in taking pictures of Black neighbor

A white girl accused of firing by her door and fatally taking pictures a Black mom in entrance of her 9-year-old son in central Florida was charged Monday with manslaughter and assault.

Susan Lorincz was arrested earlier this month following the deadly taking pictures of Ajike Owens in Ocala, Florida. She was formally charged with one rely of manslaughter with a firearm and one rely of assault.

State Attorney William Gladson mentioned his workplace contemplated submitting a second-degree homicide cost however that prosecutors concluded there was inadequate proof that Lorincz had “hatred, spite, ill will or evil intent” towards Owens.
