Suspected gunman on scooter charged with homicide in New York shootings

NEW YORK — A Brooklyn man accused of killing an 86-year-old and injuring three different males in a sequence of shootings whereas driving a scooter in New York City is charged with homicide and tried homicide, police mentioned Sunday.
