LONDON — Former Wimbledon champion Conchita Martínez was named match director for the Billie Jean King Cup finals on Thursday.
Twelve nationwide groups will play in Seville through the finals from Nov. 7-12 in what’s the sixtieth yr of the competitors previously generally known as the Fed Cup.
