Iowa Gov. Reynolds inks six-week abortion ban legislation and declares that ‘a heartbeat signifies life’

Gov. Kim Reynolds on Friday signed a six-week abortion ban into legislation, celebrating it at a gathering of Christian conservatives as a trademark victory for the pro-life motion.
