Irish singer Sinead O’Connor dies aged 56

Irish singer Sinead O’Connor has died aged 56, her household has confirmed.

The singer was greatest recognized for her 1990 music Nothing Compares 2 U – the observe made her a world star, partly as a result of its iconic video.

Her 17-year-old son Shane died after going lacking final 12 months.

O’Connor paid tribute on the time, writing that he had “determined to finish his earthly battle and is now with God”.
