Home Secretary Suella Braverman informed Sky News she is prepared to make use of a “range of options” in coping with migrants who cross the Channel in small boats.
It comes after a report in The Times stated the Home Office is contemplating becoming asylum seekers arriving within the UK through unauthorised means with digital tags.
The paper stated officers are taking a look at it as a solution to cease migrants who can’t be housed in detention centres from disappearing.
