Virginia fugitive Naseem Roulack escaped as a result of guards have been asleep, investigation finds

A Virginia Department of Corrections investigation discovered that escaped prisoner and fugitive, Naseem Roulack obtained away as a result of his guards have been asleep.

Roulack was serving a 13-year sentence for grand larceny, malicious wounding and a hit-and-run when he escaped from a hospital in Henrico County within the early morning of Aug. 12. Roulack was within the hospital to be handled for seizures, in accordance to WTVR-TV.
