Two males have been charged with homicide in reference to a deadly taking pictures following the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory parade.
A lady was killed and 22 different folks had been injured within the 14 February taking pictures, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dominic Miller and Lyndell Mays have been charged with second-degree homicide and different gun-related counts.
The fees come after two juveniles had been arrested final week on gun-related and resisting arrest fees.
Prosecutors mentioned the costs towards the 2 males are along with the arrest of the juveniles, and that extra fees are doable.

In a press release asserting the costs, a spokesperson for Jackson County’s Prosecutor’s Office mentioned: “According to court records, the defendants attended a Super Bowl parade and rally on 14 February and were armed with firearms.
“A verbal altercation occurred and gunfire broke out with no regard for hundreds of different people within the space.”
At a press convention, a spokesperson mentioned the police’s investigation confirmed the violence started when Mays turned concerned in a verbal argument with one other individual – who was a stranger to him.
The spokesperson instructed reporters their row “very quickly escalated,” with Mays pulling out a pistol, adopted by others within the neighborhood “almost immediately” drawing their weapons.
While each Mays and Miller are charged with homicide, Baker mentioned the proof reveals it was gunfire from Miller’s weapon that struck and killed Elizabeth Lopez-Galvan – a 43-year-old radio presenter.
