Bryant Gumbel’s ‘Real Sports,’ HBO’s longest-running present, will finish after 29 seasons

NEW YORK — Bryant Gumbel’s “Real Sports” newsmagazine on HBO will finish its run after 29 seasons on the air, the community stated on Wednesday.

The present has been like a “60 Minutes” of sports, having a look at social and financial points past the video games, and has received 37 Sports Emmy Awards. Gumbel, 74, received a lifetime achievement award on the Sports Emmys earlier this 12 months.
