Jail officers in Southern California launched Thursday a suspect related to a flash mob theft at a high-end retailer simply hours after police arrested the accused thief.
Los Angeles County jail data present theft suspect Ivan Isaac Ramirez, 23, of Los Angeles, was launched on a quotation by 3 p.m. Thursday.
