A defence-focused British synthetic intelligence software program firm chaired by a veteran of City boardrooms has raised a considerable spherical of funding to gas its growth.
Sky News has learnt that Adarga, which helps the Ministry of Defence and nationwide security-focused purchasers establish threats extra successfully by sifting huge quantities of knowledge, has secured £17m from a syndicate of traders.
Sources stated that Adarga, which is chaired by the previous Royal Mail, London Stock Exchange Group and Sage Group chairman Sir Donald Brydon, had notified shareholders concerning the fundraising this week.

The spherical is claimed to have been led by Boka Group Holdings, whose founding managing director, John James, runs a New York-listed particular function acquisition firm known as Fusion Acquisition Corp II.
