Pennsylvania governor says tens of millions will go to assist practice staff for infrastructure initiatives

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania will direct as much as $400 million in federal cash over the following 5 years to reimburse organizations that practice new infrastructure staff on the job, beneath an government order signed Monday by Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro.
