Some colleges affected by concrete security fears not but contacted – and minister uncertain what number of must shut
Not all colleges impacted by concrete security fears have been contacted and it's not clear what number of must shut absolutely, a minister has admitted. Schools minister Nick Gibb mentioned usually "just a few buildings" or rooms inside the affected colleges must shut however "in some cases it will be the whole school".
Asked whether or not all affected colleges have been contacted, Mr Gibbs advised Sky News: "The vast majority have, we've been calling them yesterday. But there is a few more that we're calling today."However, requested for a quantity on the total closures, he mentioned: "We don't know yet."It comes after the federal government introduced college buildings in England made with a sure sort of concrete susceptible to collapse will probably be closed instantly.
