A Russian governor has stated he's prepared to satisfy with a pro-Ukraine group of Russian fighters who're holding two Russian troopers captive.The group - the Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC) - stated it was open to exchanging the troopers in return for a gathering with the governor of the Belgorod area.
