Aled Jones: Teenager ‘threatened to chop off singer’s arm’ throughout Rolex theft

A youngster with a machete threatened to chop off singer Aled Jones’s arm throughout a theft, a court docket has been informed.

The 16-year-old boy, who can’t be legally recognized, robbed the singer of his £17,000 Rolex watch whereas he was out strolling together with his son.

“(The defendant) produced a knife in the form of a machete from his tracksuit bottoms and threatened to cut off his arm and made various other threats in order to obtain the Rolex watch Aled Jones was wearing,” Mr Simpson mentioned.

He added: “Aled Jones immediately handed it over and the defendant made off.”
