Former Lostprophets frontman Ian Watkins’s accidents should not believed to be severe after he was attacked in jail, police have mentioned.
The paedophile rock star was taken to hospital after he was reportedly stabbed at HMP Wakefield in West Yorkshire.
Police mentioned they had been notified by jail workers of an assault on a prisoner on Saturday.
A spokesperson for the West Yorkshire pressure mentioned: “He was taken to hospital where his injuries are not understood to be life-threatening.”
Police mentioned enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
