Apple confirmed off its upcoming iPhone 15 this week to waves of fan help, however customers will get an up to date charging port with their new telephone.
Apple’s newest gadget will use the USB-C charging port and cable, a change from the last few iPhone fashions that used Apple’s Lightning charging port and cable.
The iPhone 15 and latest model of the Apple AirPods will use USB-C charging ports.
While the change could also be to make discovering a charger simpler, as many different telephones and units use USB-C chargers, it comes on the heels of latest European laws.
The guidelines, handed by the Council of the European Union in 2022, standardize charging ports for all units bought on the Continent. The legislation covers most of the merchandise bought by Apple, together with its telephones and transportable headphones.
Apple’s new telephone with the up to date charging ports will probably be launched Sept. 22.
