Gusts topple gentle pole at California’s Disneyland, injuring 3 company

Strong winds at Disneyland Monday toppled a lightweight pole onto a walkway close to the doorway to the Anaheim, California, theme park, injuring three folks.

The pole fell within the park’s Main Street USA space at round 8:30 a.m. Pacific time amid the gusts.

Of these struck by the pole, two have been handled on the scene with minor accidents, whereas the third was hospitalized with extra critical accidents, Anaheim Fire and Rescue spokesman Jon McClintock advised The Orange County Register.



The peak wind pace at John Wayne Airport about 15 miles away from Disneyland was 48 mph quickly after the sunshine pole accident, per knowledge from the National Weather Service.

By 10:09 a.m., the fallen lamppost had been eliminated.
