A journalist who noticed {that a} new guide appeared to call a royal on the centre of a racism row says he was known as by the writer inside an hour of writing his article.Rick Evers, who has been a royal correspondent within the Netherlands for 14 years, instructed Sky News he printed an article with key claims made in Endgame at round noon on Tuesday.
