There are understood to be round 4,000 British passport holders in Sudan after international secretary James Cleverly warned the UK authorities is "severely limited" in its capacity to assist British nationals till the battle ends.It comes after diplomats and employees in Sudan have been evacuated by governments world wide as rival generals battle for a ninth day with no signal of a truce that had been declared for a serious Muslim vacation.
