City of London Police investigates alleged CBI sexual misconduct
Police are actually investigating alleged sexual misconduct on the Confederation of British Industry (CBI).The City of London Police stated its inquiries have been "at a very early stage".
Detective Chief Superintendent Richard Waight stated: "The City of London police takes all acts of sexual misconduct and violence against women and girls extremely seriously."We approached the CBI following media experiences and our investigations are at a really early stage. It wouldn't be applicable to remark any additional right now."It comes as CBI director-general Tony Danker stated he was he was "shocked" to have been sacked following an unbiased investigation into separate complaints of office misconduct in opposition to him.
