Biden calls Putin a pariah as Ukraine conflict drags on

President Biden on Wednesday mentioned it’s “hard to tell” if Russian President Vladimir Putin has been weakened by a current Wagner revolt, however asserted the Kremlin chief is a pariah on the worldwide stage.
