Russia points arrest warrant for Lindsey Graham over Ukraine feedback

MOSCOW (AP) — Russia’s Interior Ministry on Monday issued an arrest warrant for U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham following his feedback associated to the preventing in Ukraine.
