While warming up within the outfield earlier than Arizona’s sport at Oakland on Wednesday, Gallen threw a curveball that hit a fowl in midflight, apparently killing the animal.
The throw was captured by cameras for Diamondbacks’ broadcaster Bally Sports Arizona.
