ANAHEIM, Calif. — All-Star ahead Troy Terry agreed to a seven-year, $49 million contract extension with the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday.
Terry’s new deal retains the perimeters out of arbitration and runs by the 2029-30 season.
The 25-year-old Terry has 75 targets and 101 assists in 274 video games with the Ducks, who drafted him within the fifth spherical in 2015. Terry was chosen to every of the previous two All-Star video games, and his play has been a brilliant spot on one of many NHL’s worst groups.
Terry had 23 targets and 38 assists in 70 video games final season. The Colorado native posted a career-high 67 factors within the 2021-22 season, scoring 37 targets and racking up a 16-game factors streak.
Terry and the Ducks have been scheduled for an arbitration listening to Wednesday after exchanging preliminary proposals earlier within the week.
