49ers to finish Leeds takeover with NBA gamers Nance, McConnell as minority buyers

LEEDS, England (AP) – The San Francisco 49ers possession group has reached an settlement to take over English soccer membership Leeds with NBA gamers Larry Nance Jr. and T.J. McConnell becoming a member of as minority buyers.

The NFL crew’s funding arm – 49ers Enterprises – initially purchased a 15 p.c stake from Leeds chairman Andrea Radrizzani in 2018 and elevated it to 44 p.c in late 2021.

Leeds didn’t specify the sale value for the remaining 56 p.c however British media reported it to be 170 million kilos ($214 million).



“Both parties continue to work through the details, and further updates will be provided soon,” Leeds stated in an announcement Friday. “All of our focus remains on a quick return to the Premier League.”

Nance and McConnell revealed on social media that they’ve joined the possession group. No monetary particulars had been offered.
