Alcaraz to Sinner in Miami: 'Go for it, I'll Cheer for You'

After a wide ranging battle in Miami, received by Jannik Sinner, 6-7(4), 6-4, 6-2, Alcaraz had a message for his rival on the internet, relating to Sunday's Miami remaining towards Daniil Medvedev.
