Djokovic, Sabalenka Named ITF World Champions

The 2023 season is within the rear-view mirror, however Novak Djokovic continues his championship roll. 

World No. 1 Djokovic earned males’s ITF World Champion honors for a record-extending eighth time.

Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka was named girls’s ITF World Champion for the primary time.

It was a 12 months that noticed Djokovic seize three of the 4 Grand Slam championships—Australian Open, Roland Garros and US Open—gather his file seventh ATP Finals crown, win an ATP-best seven match titles and eclipse 400 weeks as world No. 1.

The big-hitting Belarusian reached the US Open last and held a one-set lead over Coco Gauff earlier than the American teenager, exhorted by 23,000 loud followers in Arthur Ashe Stadium, rallied to win her first Grand Slam.
