HBO’s Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel returns tomorrow, Tuesday, May twenty third, at 10 p.m. Eastern time placing the highlight on Bahrami’s fascinating story, which started together with his escape from Iran and the place he discovered to play tennis fashioning a mud pan as a raquet, to his rise as a global tennis star.
Real Sports first chronicled Mansour Bahrami’s unlikely journey to skilled tennis in 2018, detailing how one of many sport’s most beloved characters fled his residence nation of Iran through the Islamic Revolution to play the game he loves.
