Early morning warehouse fireplace in Fredericksburg, Virginia, damages 19 autos

A hearth Saturday morning at an industrial warehouse in Fredericksburg, Virginia, broken 19 autos, one in every of which was an all-terrain automobile.

Stafford County Fire and Rescue didn’t specify the kind of the 18 different autos broken within the incident.

Stafford County firefighters have been dispatched to the Banks Ford Parkway at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, with the tackle up to date to the 00 block of Le Way Drive as they have been driving to the scene. Upon arrival, they noticed fireplace coming from the entrance of the single-story warehouse. 



The flames would quickly vent up via the roof because the firefighters started their response. The fireplace was briefly upgraded to a second alarm, however was finally fought again and extinguished in underneath an hour.

The warehouse had no occupants on the time of the blaze, and as such no accidents have been reported. 

The reason for the hearth continues to be underneath investigation by the Stafford County Fire Marshal’s Office.
