Mayorkas declares ‘immediate’ want for border wall in Texas, waives 26 environmental legal guidelines

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas stated Wednesday there may be an “acute and immediate need” to construct border wall in southern Texas, and issued an order waiving a few of the nation’s most iconic environmental safety legal guidelines to hurry up building.
