D.C. police have arrested a 14-year-old boy from Northeast in reference to final month’s deadly capturing of a development employee close to Howard University.

The Metropolitan Police Department charged the boy, whom authorities didn't identify as a result of he's a juvenile, with felony homicide whereas armed within the slaying of 34-year-old Rafael Adolfo Gomez on July 13.

Third District Commander James Boteler stated then that Gomez was killed simply after 6 a.m. in an tried theft that “went bad.”
