ATLANTA — The prosecutor investigating interference within the 2020 election in Georgia has agreed to immunity offers with a minimum of eight Republican pretend electors who signed a certificates falsely stating that then-President Donald Trump had gained the state.

Defense lawyer Kimberly Debrow revealed the existence of the immunity offers in a courtroom submitting Friday, saying her eight shoppers had accepted the agreements final month. The submitting doesn't determine the eight individuals who had been provided immunity offers.
