An 11-year-old D.C. boy whose theft prices have been dropped in June was arrested once more on violent crime prices lower than two weeks later, in keeping with a information report.

The boy initially was arrested on armed theft and assault prices in May after he was accused of a number of stickups throughout the District.

But after prosecutors dismissed these prices in early June, the boy was arrested 11 days later for allegedly attempting to steal a moped and threatening to shoot its proprietor, in keeping with The Washington Post.

Prosecutors stated throughout the boy’s Wednesday courtroom listening to that they’re seeking to strike a plea deal on the kid’s new prices of armed theft, threats to injure an individual and carrying a pistol and not using a license.

According to a police report, the boy and two different suspects grabbed the supply driver’s moped close to the Chick-fil-A within the 3100 block of 14th Street NW on June 16.

Police stated the proprietor ran after the suspects and pleaded with them to let go of the car.

The proprietor held his arms up in a “surrender style” gesture, and the 11-year-old stated, “If you don’t move out of the way, I’m going to shoot you,” in keeping with police.

The boy was arrested a short while later.

The Office of the D.C. Attorney General informed The Post in an announcement that it “prosecutes all serious and violent crimes committed by juveniles, including carjacking and armed robbery, where we have the evidence needed to do so.”

The workplace stated that “to make D.C. safer, we need a city-wide strategy to intervene early, before a child ever gets to the point of committing a crime.”

D.C. Superior Judge James Crowell stated in courtroom Wednesday that he was involved concerning the boy’s points together with his GPS monitor, including that he may put the boy in a shelter if he doesn’t enhance.
