ROSENBERG, Texas (AP) — A driver plowed by means of a wall of a busy East Texas restaurant, injuring 23 individuals.

Police within the Houston suburb of Rosenberg, Texas mentioned a person crashed his SUV right into a Denny’s restaurant simply off the freeway late Monday morning. The car slammed into the restaurant’s south wall leaving patrons with accidents starting from minor cuts to “severe injuries” that don’t seem like life-threatening, police mentioned in an announcement. Victims ranged in age from 12 to 60 years outdated.

The driver of the SUV was not injured, police mentioned. The reason behind the crash was not instantly launched.

Video of the aftermath exhibits a purple car totally contained in the restaurant, with the wall and home windows round it demolished.
