Eminem desires Vivek Ramaswamy to lose his music.

The rap legend’s licensor has despatched a cease-and-desist letter to the Republican presidential-primary candidate, based on a report within the Daily Mail.

In a letter dated final week, and reported Monday by the British tabloid, a consultant for BMI informed the Ramaswamy marketing campaign that Eminem is “objecting to the Vivek Ramaswamy campaign’s use of Eminem’s musical compositions” and that the licensor has eliminated Eminem’s works “effective immediately” from the licensing settlement.

“BMI will consider any performance of the Eminem Works by the Vivek 2024 campaign from this date forward to be a material breach of the Agreement for which BMI reserves all rights and remedies with respect thereto,” the letter learn.

The letter didn't specify the explanation for revoking the license.
