Tucker Carlson’s biographer says Fox News dismissed the favored prime-time host as a situation for settling a lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems.

Chadwick Moore stated in a video selling the upcoming guide that the coinciding actions — Fox settled Dominion’s defamation case for an eye-popping $787.5 million on April 18 and immediately dismissed Mr. Carlson on April 24 — weren't a coincidence.

“It has now been reported that his firing was a condition demanded by Dominion as part of a settlement with Fox. Although Dominion has denied this, my sources have intimate knowledge of the situation and they have assured me … that that is in fact the truth,” Mr. Moore stated.

Fox has refused to say whether or not it dismissed Mr. Carlson at Dominion’s demand.

The case accused the community of airing quite a few false claims about Dominion’s voting machines. Fox had argued that it was bringing its viewers newsworthy statements made by key public figures as a part of its 2020 election protection.

In addition to engaged on a biography of Mr. Carlson, Mr. Moore had been a daily visitor on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” and had coincidentally appeared on the final present to air.

“If that is true,” he stated of the report his sources confirmed, “it would mean that a small group of people who have a controlling interest in Dominion have managed to silence what is arguably the most important and influential conservative voice in the country.”

Mr. Carlson stated in a May 9 video that he plans to restart his present on Twitter, calling it the final remaining main media platform permitting free speech. Complicating the transfer is that Mr. Carlson is at present beneath contract with Fox News.

His lawyer has claimed in a letter, in line with the Wall Street Journal, that Fox breached its contract with the host and requested the community to protect all paperwork associated to his ouster.
