Genie Bouchard sparked social media buzz unleashing her inside Islander woman.

Montreal-born Bouchard had some Montreal Canadiens followers in mourning seeing her donning the blue-and-orange jersey of the New York Islanders to attend a recreation on the UBS Arena in Belmont Park this week.

Earlier this month, Bouchard was a member of Team Canada, which captured its maiden Billie Jean King Cup championship defeating Italy on the closing

Bouchard was honored on the Islanders recreation earlier this week.

The group celebrated Bouchard's Isles fandom with a video highlights bundle of her profession on the massive display.

The former Wimbledon finalist was a good-luck allure for the house group because the Islanders beat the Philadelphia Flyers, 3-2.

Bouchard has been spending a while in New York in latest months.

The former world No. 5 went public along with her relationship with Long Island native Jack Brinkley-Cook, son of tremendous mannequin Christie Brinkley, shortly after the US Open.
