Hamas mentioned Thursday it's going to ship a delegation to Cairo as quickly as doable to maintain engaged on cease-fire talks, in response to Egypt's newest proposal. In a press release, Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh mentioned he spoke to Egypt's intelligence chief and "stressed the positive spirit of the movement in studying the cease-fire proposal."
