Nearly two dozen homeless veterans dwelling in New York accommodations had their stays reduce brief so as to make room for migrants arriving from the U.S. southern border, in line with a nonprofit.

“Whether you agree with asylum-seekers being here or not, we can’t just ignore these veterans that are in our charge that we are supposed to protect: the New Yorkers and Americans,” state Assemblyman Brian Maher, a Republican who represents a part of the Orange County space, advised the Post.
