LAS VEGAS — A Nevada grand jury has indicted a person on felony expenses alleging he threatened to hold out a mass capturing in June at a Stanley Cup Final hockey sport on the Las Vegas Strip.
The six-count indictment handed down this week in state courtroom expenses Matthew DeSavio, 34, with threatening an act of terrorism, housebreaking and stalking.
Las Vegas police arrested DeSavio hours earlier than Game 5 was set to start at T-Mobile Arena, the place the Vegas Golden Knights would go on to defeat the Florida Panthers to seize their first championship that night.
