Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are supposed to be - even the singer's mum thinks so.

Guadalupe Rodríguez says she knew her daughter and the actor would get again collectively.

"I knew that you would always get back together because I prayed for 20 years," she stated.

Lopez spoke about her rekindled relationship with Affleck on the TODAY present on Wednesday.

The love story

Her upcoming album This Is Me ... Now captures the "moment in time" when the couple first bought collectively, Lopez stated.

When the singer was requested how her love with Affleck could also be completely different now, she responded: "I went on an incredible journey through my life for the past 20 years, and I think I’ve grown a lot.

"The album is actually about capturing these moments in time."

"Falling in love and having that second, then 20 years later attempting to seize what this second was, which was a really completely different factor," she stated.

Asked if love is healthier a "second time round", Lopez stated: "I think when you have life experience behind you, you realize what’s really important. I love what I do. I have always said that, but since I had kids, that changed for me."

She added: "Now, having a family in this way and being married, you start rejiggering everything.

"What is actually necessary? How a lot do I wish to work?

“You begin realizing what I wish to do with my life."

Lopez additionally stated Affleck was a "fantastic" father to her children, 15-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

Lopez, 53, wore a Ralph Lauren fishtail couture gown with a dramatic long train and veil, while her husband Affleck, 50, wore a white tuxedo jacket, black trousers and black bow tie.

This was almost 20 years after they first bought engaged in 2003.

They parted methods a 12 months later in 2004, beginning relationships with different folks.

The lovestruck couple, nicknamed Bennifer by followers, confirmed they have been again collectively in 2021 after rumours began circulating concerning the stars rekindling their romance.
