WASHINGTON — Jill Biden is extending her vacation theme of “Magic, Wonder and Joy” to the White House grounds by placing an ice rink on the South Lawn for kids to skate and play hockey in December.

The first girl was set to announce the ice rink after sundown Wednesday within the firm of Brian Boitano, who received a gold medal in determine skating within the 1988 Olympics, and the comic-strip canine Snoopy, amongst others.
